The Mission of Case Management Ministry is to provide Christ-Centered social services to the community on behalf of The City of Hope Community Outreach Ministry. By being accessible and focused on the immediate needs of our community, We Give Hope in Crisis. In keeping with the teachings of Jesus Christ, to minister to people in His name, and through our Christian perspective, the ‘Case Management Ministry’ unites with other Agencies to extend love, care, and concern to people in great need of basic resources. The Purpose of Case Management Ministry will be to serve as a source of temporary financial assistance for individuals or families in crisis needing emergency aid. We work with other Agencies in a cooperative effort to help people obtain basic needs. We provide Referral services for those whose need is beyond the scope of Case Management (Matthew 28:35-40).
